Sharon Yvonne Stone (born March 10, 1959) was born in Meadville Pennsylvania to Dorothy Lawson an accountant and Joseph William Stone Jr. who was a tool and die manufacturer, who employed as a laborer for a manufacturing company. Michael, Kelly and Patrick are three of her siblings. Stone has a talent in the classroom as a young child, began her second-grade education at age five. In 1975, she graduated from Saegertown high school located in Saegertown (Pennsylvania). She was crowned Miss Crawford County, she was also a part of her first Miss Pennsylvania Beauty Pageant. Stone relocated in New Jersey with her aunt in 1977, to explore a modeling career. She did so and signed up at the Ford Modeling Agency within a month. After one year of modeling between Milan and Paris, Stone moved to Europe. Stone, however, became frustrated with modeling and acting in Europe. She chose to keep her acting career going as an actress during the time she lived there. At 20, she appeared in the Woody Allen film "Stardust Memories" which received mixed reviews.
