Patricia Apollonia Kotero has been model and actress in America over a long period of time. She's best known for her part in Prince's 1984 film Purple Rain as well as being the lead vocalist of Apollonia 6, a girl group. Kotero then appeared in a few minor films in the late 1980s (reportedly not accepting the opportunity to appear in the follow-up to Purple Rain Under the Cherry Moon) prior to settling for a night-time role in the drama Falcon Crest in 1985-1986. Apollonia was finally able to make her debut album available in the year 1988. Unfortunately, it failed to leave a lasting impression with music fans and she soon faded off the music scene. She continued acting (if somewhat under the radar) throughout the following decade. Small TV appearances small films as well as exercise videos kept her active. In 1997 Apollonia made a record in English and Spanish entitled Stay with me. After returning to school, she and received a degree in filmmaking.
